Hall Rentals
Rental of the Woodmar UMC Community Center is available to community members for celebrations and meetings. Please contact the church office to be sure your desired date is open.

Rental Policies

Rental fees are due at the time you arrange your rental. They can be paid in person or online. Please note the above fee schedule also shows a 3% fee for online payments, and there is a line on the form. If you do not include the fee, it will be deducted from your security deposit.

The following are not permitted inside the church building: alcohol, smoking, raffles, and gambling. Smoking is permitted outdoors, 12 feet from an entrance.

Rental time is six hours, from the time you enter and set up to the time that you leave. If you need additional time, please request it at the time of scheduling your rental.

You may use the stove and refrigerator. We provide tables and chairs, toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. You will need to provide everything else that is needed for your event.

We request that you do not tape anything to the walls. Poster putty is acceptable.
Small Room

55 people or less: $195 + $50 refundable security deposit

Large Hall

75 people or less: $320 + $50 refundable security deposit

Complete your paperwork and make payment online, or you may come into the church office to fill out the contract and pay. Please note: We will contact you to verify the availability.
